Imprinted (Rudolph Steiner school)
I attended a Rudolph Steiner school, where they had these distinctive wooden chairs. There was also a particular smell there of beeswax or floor wax. While there were many questionable aspects of that specific school, I also had a great time and enjoyed the creative opportunities they offered. In hindsight, I can now see it as the beginning of my current career. It’s where I had the job of being a young student, trying to suck up as much information as possible, but also developing what’s in me already. In a way, we’re all part of this big human bee-hive where everybody is trying to fulfill a role. And when you’re a kid, the future is open, ready for the taking.
