Alana Lake (b. 1981,  Tamworth, Staffordshire, UK). Lake studied at the Arts University College, Bournemouth, undertaking a BA (Hons) in Photography. She later moved to London embarking on a 3-year postgraduate program at the Royal Academy of Arts, London, graduating in 2009. Lake is the founder and curator of the award winning curatorial-led project space, GSL Projekt, Berlin (Auszeichnung künstlerischer Projekträume und initiative, 2018), and she currently lives and works in Berlin.
