Tom White (B. 1995, UK) graduated from Camberwell College of Arts in 2021. His practice is rootedin his long-standing fascination with people and painting the figure; White is particularly passionateabout how an artist can capture the essence of their subject in his work. Rather than painting aphotorealistic representation of a person, White’s work explores how the materiality of paint can bechoreographed to portray a sense of character.
